Subconscious Conditioning MP3s
WARNING
Do not listen to the Subconscious Conditioning MP3s while driving
or any activity that requires you to have your eyes open.
Days 1-4 are about eleven minutes each.
Day 5 is about 14 minutes.
There is a 10-second delay at the beginning of each MP3.
Getting the Most out of Your Subconscious Conditioning MP3s
1. Find a quiet and private place. Turn your phone off. Place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
2. Don’t Rush. Take a few moments before listening to an MP3 to think about how much this process is going to help you.
3. Before listening, always have a particular stressful situation in mind that you desire to eliminate.
4. Try to work on just one stressful situation at a time.
5. The Subconscious Conditioning MP3s are made up of 5 different days of the rewiring process. Five days of listening and two days off per week.
6. The Subconscious Conditioning MP3s contain techniques and should only be used with your eyes closed in a non-active environment.
Note: I suggest that you see certain things in your mind, the door to your inner mind, your paradise, etc. If you don’t see them, that’s okay. Just think about what they would look like. Whether you actually see the pictures in your mind doesn’t matter. Just thinking about what they look like counts.
